I have been spending a lot of time with my friend Rachel talking about things that inspire us to be better and more effective teachers. She shared with me some blogs she had been hearing a lot about. I then got on the computer and started to do a lot of research myself. I have felt very inspired lately by these blogs: the first grade parade and the inspired apple, so I decided to start my own.
I am a 2nd grade teacher in Tennessee. I feel very blessed to be a teacher. I love looking for new ideas and sharing ideas with others who feel "stuck in a rut," that all us teachers tend to fall into at some point or another. So let the new blogging experience begin...
